VitalStim Therapy ®
For those who suffer from dysphagia, a common condition among stroke victims, this therapy greatly improves swallowing function via electrical stimulation. VitalStim® retrains the muscles needed to complete the swallowing process through specially designed electrodes that are attached to targeted sites on the patient’s neck.
Interactive Metronome™
Interactive Metronome is a brain-based rehabilitation assessment and training program developed to directly improve the processing abilities that affect planning, organizing and language. Bioness NESS L300™
This is a non-invasive device that uses electrical stimulation to greatly improve walking function. The NESS L300 can retrain lower-extremity muscles and increase range of motion and blood circulation, enabling the patient ot return to a more normal step.
Anodyne Therapy
The Anodyne Therapy System is a non-invasive way to increase circulation and reduce pain. Anodyne Therapy can help restore sensation in the feet of diabetic patients with peripheral neuropathy, along with improving walking patterns and balance.
SaeboFlex ®
Stroke survivors and other neurologically impaired patients use this custom-fitted splint to increase shoulder, elbow, wrist, and hand function. During therapy, the splint is used during exercises that retrain the hand’s grasp and release movements.
Reo Therapy™
Reo Therapy is designed to reduce pain, improve coordination, gait and function for patients recovering from stroke or other neurological conditions. Delivered through the Reo Go ™, this comprehensive robot-assisted platform retrains arm movements.
SmartStep™
Taking the steps to learn to walk again after experiencing loss of lower limb function due to a stroke or other neurological disease can be a difficult and time-consuming process. The Smart Step™ enables self training and exercise through audio and visual feedback. The rehabilitation system is a flexible, light-weight insole attached to a compact wireless control unit that is worn around the patient’s ankle to relearn natural walking patterns.
Hand Mentor
The Hand Mentor™ provides rehabilitative treatments to restore wrist and hand function. The hand therapy device actively involves the patient in their rehabilitative care by providing audio and visual feedback and assisting movement only when necessary.
